The hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and tasty food. the massage service offered was top-notch, providing a truly relaxing experience. Plus, the hotel had a great spa complete with a sauna and hot tub.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par and could use improvement. the rooms and facilities were showing some signs of wear and tear, such as old furniture and dirty carpets.

Wonderful staff! Andrea spoke marvelous English, and we loved the attention at dinner from the waiters. The food was marvelous!

During my stay in Grand Hotel Sergijo I liked hotel decors and hotel staff, they were excellent, specially receptionists.

During my stay in Grand Hotel Sergijo I did not like somethings like: Exaggerate the furniture inside the rooms and additions. The breakfast was poor. No swimingpool in the hotel.

We enjoyed the peaceful location near the river, close to the city centre. The hotel facilities were amazing, including massages and an outdoor jacuzzi. The polite staff provided excellent service. Breakfast had a great range of options and was a good way to start the day.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and I had a great time! The service was exceptional, and the staff were kind and helpful. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the wonderful food offered. They had a great selection for breakfast and dinner. The location was also perfect for me, close to all the attractions and easy to get around.

Though the service was excellent, I found the decor a bit dated. , the room was a bit small for my liking, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The receptionist and other staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast and breakfast room and bar area were appealing.
